We assign executive buses to all arriving commercial flights. We service all the major hotels at the Resort and in the Tremblant area. After clearing customs, please sign in at the transfer desk and an agent will assist you. Please note that we will ask you to identify your bags and attach color-coded hotel/luggage tags.
Your Airport representative will meet you in the lobby of your hotel approximately 120 minutes prior to your flight. He/she will register your bags and identify them with your carrier’s official tags.
Note that you will no longer have access to your luggage after that point. You will then be invited to board the airport shuttle. Your luggage will be directed to security and then to the aircraft. You will receive your boarding pass at the airline counter located at the airport.
